Chichester 10K is a fastish PB course with gently undulating roads with a fast finish. The last kilometer or two are downhill.

The 2007 race had good weather and was ideal for running. A little chilly but bright and without wind or rain.

The downside is the organisers still deny priority to those entered in the Sussex Grand Prix and again water was not supplied out on the course. Hydration is so important and even more so for the runners at the back of the pack.
